blue & gold tree

my cinderella christmas tree

Last year my Christmas tree was decorated in cool blue tones. A fellow blogger nicknamed it “the Elsa tree.” It was a great name for it! This year, I gave our sunroom a face lift with all new furniture (the paint, drapes and lighting fixture stayed the same.) To go with the more formal look, I chose to take a twist on my blue tree. I added a gold embellished ribbon to create a rich contrast to the light blue.

I won’t cloud this post with too much text. It’s eye candy only! This image was my inspiration.

How beautiful was the 2015 version of Cinderella? I loved it!

Here is my blue and gold Christmas tree this year!

What shoes do you wear with that beautiful blue dress? Gorgeous post! I’m thinking about trying this dress for a Christmas dinner party, or going with the black tuile skirt you posted.. I have the same coloring as you and love the same things you pick out. Can you tell me where you go to get your hair done in ATL? And who does it? I’m looking for someone new in town. I enjoy your blog very much! 🙂

Hey Robin!!! I’m glad you like both outfits! If you wear the blue I would recommend maybe a gold scrappy sandal? Here is an example: Just something with a little shine that you could wear with a lot of outfits! I also put a belt with the dress. It looks fine without one, but I sort of liked the cinched waist the belt gave me!
I’ll email you about hair!!!! Thank you for following!
