With the whole world staying home, stress is high. While I am usually someone who prefers to work out at gym, I do have a mini-gym in my home to work out in. It’s a privilege, yes. However, this workout is designed for those of you who just have a few weights. If you have a WaterRower, then you know WaterRower workouts are a killer way to add in cardio, while still working out your muscles.
If you don’t have a WaterRower, substitute the portion of the workout with either a quick spring on your sidewalk, around your house, do 25 jumping jacks or run up and down the stairs twice!
If you can, I highly recommend adding a WaterRower to your house. You can store it vertically against the wall, or tuck it behind a couch. There are wheels on it to easily roll it out plus it looks like beautiful furniture.

I recommend the WaterRower over other cardio exercise equipment because it burns more calories and uses more muscle mass and is a full-body workout. WaterRower workouts will kick your butt for sure. It works out muscles from the tips of your finger to your toes. Read more here, but it’s a far superior overall workout than elliptical, treadmills or bikes!
Back to workout – this is a workout I’ve been doing in my home to get a quick workout in and release stress. Adjust the weight to your body – the more you lift, the better it is for you!
