A laundry list of school supply requests handed to us last second, website blogs to check daily, and all of the expectations from kids. Here is a round up of what I bought for my kids from Walmart for back to school (we went back August 1 in Atlanta!) Everything is deeply discounted.
My advice? Buy online. Get free shipping. Save those hours. Cross it off the list. It’s game time, Moms. Do what you can to save your sanity!

My two cents: my boys are obsessed with Camo. I think the lunch box kit is way cool – and easy. Comes with everything you need!
Mardi Gras Napkins – HUGE hits in my house. My sisters have them, too! Great for lunch for them to get to know classmates, and awesome for home dinners to spark conversation!
Pencil sharpener – we cannot live without an automatic one! The other school supplies are deeply discounted!

More two cents (I’ve now thrown out four cents, for those you Moms activating your post-summer brain!): My daughter wanted all notebooks to be fun. No more same ol’ same ol’. She is in middle school and needs to have a different folder for each class. These hit the spot! Cute looks, awesome prices.
Also, you know the teachers are going to ask you to donate supplies — the Clorox Wipes and glue is always on my lists! Buy them online, save money and cross it off the list. One less thing to do!
